Pleased

I've been a tenant here now for 4 years and the current Property Manager Jackie and Maintanence Don are great. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with always courteous and polite. When there's an issue they both look into it and provide immediate service in timely manner and with proper follow-up. Thank you for all you do!!

Great New Space

Jacqueline has been an amazing help throughout my move-in process. She is always there to answer my calls and questions. The space (I rent a studio) is super cute, and the building is well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are nice.My only issue is that the kitchen appliances are a little dated. The kitchen comes with a stove and oven, but it doesn't have a display for the internal temperature when preheating. That's only a minor inconvenience, however. I've had my eye on this development for a few years now, and I'm glad I finally applied. I love my new home.

Excellent.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for the lovely building manger Jacqueline. Her professionalism is only matched by her kindness and vigilance. i feel well taken care of knowing she is at the end of any request i may make. I hope she is here with us for a good long time.

So far, so good for the most part

I do overall like this place. It's pretty quiet, and the other residents seem nice. Jacqueline and Don have been quick to resolve any maintenance issues I've had, which is greatly appreciated! Just one complaint: the elevator! If only you could get that thing working again! That part has been frustrating, as the elevator and the carts were a big selling point for me, living on the third floor. I don't mind the stairs generally, but when I'm carrying groceries, they aren't much fun. Plus, I've had to avoid buying certain pieces of furniture I need, as there's no way I could get them up those steps. Otherwise, happy with the move so far! Noelle

Been living here almost twenty years. Nice place. Good staff. Neighbors for the most part decent. Right around the corner from where I grew up. Office staff capable, friendly, and professional. Maintenance knowledgeable

Review of property

Have lived here one year mostly satisfied with staff and maintenance. Very noisy my end of building due to office , outer door slamming, and upper tenant heavy footed. Otherwise a pleasant friendly place.

Essex Morley Apartment

It's been over thirty years since I have rented an apartment. Needless To say things have changed with no loud noise or music here. It seems that people respect the privacy of each other . The leasing manager, Jennifer represents the company well by showing compassion and concerns of the tenants to make sure that their needs are met.

Loving my new place

I just moved into the Essex Morley Apartments. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I’ve had no issues with my apartment. It is a clean, quiet and friendly community in nice neighborhood. Couldn’t be happier.
